Techniques on Tuesday, April 7, 2015

When was the last time you made a mosaic layout?  Are you looking for a quick refresher on the basic concepts of scrapbook page design?  If you're new to the technique, or if it's been a while, this link from the Mosaic Moments blog provides some great details about how to design your mosaic scrapbook pages.

And, as a reminder, there are a lot of Mosaic Scrapbook Page Patterns on Tami Potter's Mosaic Moments Pattern Gallery.  I particularly like how you can hover over one of the page patterns and see a completed version of that layout.  Page patterns are a great way to organize your thoughts and determine how you want to arrange your pictures, but they are versatile enough that you can rotate them 90 degrees and/or change them up, depending on the photos that you have.  They are a great starting point.

Furthermore, the page patterns on this link are color-coded to coordinate with the Mosaic Moments cutting dies.  If you are interested in purchasing these dies, feel free to contact me directly or shop using the snap-n-crop link to the right of this post.

If you haven't checked out these two links, it's worth your time!
